A nurse in Michigan is demonstrating how fast germs can spread even if you are wearing gloves.
Nurse Molly Lixey shared a video showing how you can unknowingly be spreading germs, just by grocery shopping.
She says it's important to remember not to touch your face, or pickup personal items, such as your phone, while wearing gloves. "Look, this is called cross contamination. There is no point in wearing gloves if you're not going to wash your hands every time you touch something. There's no point, friends."
She also urged the importance of throwing used gloves out and not leaving them in a parking lot.
