Yonkers police say Jeffrey Santana, 40, of Mount Vernon, was struck and killed by a car on Yonkers Avenue early Saturday morning.
Surveillance video obtained by News 12 shows Santana walking along the street.
Family members say Santana was out drinking with friends and called his wife to pick him up. They say his wife never heard from him again until Yonkers police notified them of his death.
