A Brooklyn cider house is letting the good times flow.

Brooklyn Cider House on Flushing Avenue in Bushwick makes its own hard cider, which can be paired with its seasonally local dishes. 

The restaurant promises to capture the rustic cuisine, refreshing hard cider, and social revelry you would expect from a cider house.

Owners say they source their apples from an orchard upstate and prepare steaks and vegetable dishes using local ingredients and suppliers.

Peter Yi, the executive chef, says what makes Cider House unique is its use of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
