FBI agents arrested a Yorktown man accused of using the Internet to find and molest young boys Thursday.

Henry Steeneck, 36, was arrested by federal agents around 8:30 a.m. at his house on Old Yorktown Road, which he shares with his brother and another roommate. Investigators said they found a sex toy in Steeneck's car, and also confiscated eight computers, video cameras and three guns from inside the house.

According to prosecutors, Steeneck e-mailed pictures of adolescent boys, some naked and others bound and gagged, to undercover officers. Steeneck went into a chat room in search of a father willing to let him molest his son in exchange for sex with Steeneck's son, prosecutors said. Steeneck does not actually have a child.

The FBI moved in on Steeneck as he returned home from work. He worked as the night-shift security guard at a private boarding house for boys in Somers called Lincoln Hall. School officers, though, said Steeneck's actions at work are not under police investigation.

Steeneck was charged with two felony counts of distributing child pornography in federal court in White Plains. He is being held without bail at a federal detention center in Valhalla and faces at least five years in prison if convicted.

In addition, some of the pictures Steeneck allegedly e-mailed were of a child reported missing in the 1980s, police said. Police are looking into whether Steeneck himself videotaped or photographed children.
