WHAT'S NEW: Mostly dry, seasonable weather continues. Slight chance for a few showers or sprinkles to clip the East End Wednesday morning as a storm passes east of Long Island.
WHAT'S NEXT: Drought conditions continue. The updated map is out Thursday. Showery weather is in the forecast early next week for our next decent chance to see some wet weather.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny and nice with a northwest breeze. Highs near 82. Lows near 66.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny, warmer, and a touch more humid. Highs near 83. Lows near 68.
SATURDAY: Warm with partly sunny skies. Highs near 84. Lows near 69.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny and warm. Highs near 85. Lows near 70.
