Cops identify person of interest in fatal subway push
Police say they've identified a person of interest who may have pushed a Bronx man onto subway tracks and to his death.
According to investigators, the man they're looking for is a career criminal with a slew of prior arrests, but they are offering no further details about the suspect at this time.
The man is wanted for questioning in the death of 61-year-old Wai Kuen Kwok, who was intentionally shoved in front of a southbound D train at 167th Street and the Grand Concourse Sunday morning.
Cops are pointing to the man caught on surveillance video outside the subway station. He is seen calmly smoking just after the incident happened and before getting on a Bx35 bus.
Fliers have been posted around the neighborhood offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Anyone who may be able to help should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
