12h agoA 9-month-old pit bull puppy who survived abuse has officially been adopted from a Yonkers animal shelter.
Video showing Maximus being thrown against a wall made the rounds last month online.
It led to his owner's arrest and Maximus being rescued and put up for adoption.
News 12 will be on hand Wednesday as Maximus finally goes home to his new fur-ever family.
