In celebration of Pride Month, Yorktown is holding a Pride Parade – the first ever in Northern Westchester.
The march starts at Yorktown Town Hall at noon. An afterparty is being held at Yorktown Grille.
"Hate has no home here, so we pledge to that, we mean that,” says Yorktown Town Supervisor Matt Slater. “We're trying to be a community of hope and acceptance for everybody."
