The Yonkers Police Department needs your help figuring out who shot an off-duty NYPD officer Tuesday.

It happened near Tompkins Avenue and Railroad Avenue around 11:30 a.m.

It led to a temporary lockdown at Port Chester High School as police there were told a person of interest's car might be in the village.

Anyone who was near the scene in Yonkers at the time, is asked to get in touch with the Yonkers Police Detective Division. Their contact information can be found here.
