Yonkers police received reports of a shooting at Doyle Park on Ashburton Avenue around 5 p.m.
Officers located two victims who were taken to hospitals. One was pronounced dead. The other is said to be in stable condition.
Police did not release any information about suspects or the identities of the victims.
