A Yonkers man has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for his role in a deadly 2014 crash.
Police say Antoine Simmons, 35, was high on drugs and speeding when he slammed into a tree on Rumsey Road in Yonkers.
His passenger, Beverly Simmons, was killed. The victim, despite sharing the same last name, was unrelated to Antoine Simmons.
Simmons was convicted of vehicular manslaughter in March 2016.
