A North Yonkers man got a very special birthday gift this weekend
Frank Ploger Sr. turned 80 and has always been a collector of antique cars.
His son told News 12 their car club, Trans Ams and Camaros of the Hudson Valley, came together to give him a surprise parade.
Frank’s son says his father couldn’t have been happier.
