A Yonkers man has been acquitted of disorderly conduct after he was arrested during a raucous City Council meeting on term limits.
Hector Santiago was forced out of the meeting last October after having words with police.
Santiago was originally charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
A judge dismissed the charges, but Santiago has filed a federal lawsuit against police saying they violated his civil rights.
