Yonkers' Greyston Bakery debuts documentary film about its history

More than 200 people showed up to support the VIP screening and the money raised will goe to the bakery.

The wonders of Greyston Bakery in Yonkers was in the spotlight Thursday night and ice cream duo Ben & Jerry's even showed up.
The bakery debuted a documentary film about its history called "Zen Brownie" at the Picture House in Bronxville.
One thing that makes the brand iconic is that its brownies are the main ingredient in Ben & Jerry's fudge brownie ice cream.
The bakery also has an open hiring policy, meaning people get hired on a first come first serve basis.
More than 200 people showed up to support the VIP screening and the money raised will go to the bakery.
