Hundreds of rubber ducks went head-to-head in the first-ever "Duck Derby" in Yonkers on Thursday.

The race took place at the Lazy River Pool in Tibbetts Brook Park.

The Westchester Parks Foundation hostedthe event which aimed to raise funds for the revitalization of Tibbetts Lake.

The first place winner took home $1,000.

The event also featured food, drinks, music, and plenty of activities for the whole family and free ice cream for every kid who attended.
