A Yonkers family is demanding justice for their loved one who was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver earlier this month.

Police say they found Jesus Villanueva, 23, on Radford Street just feet from his home.  He was rushed to the hospital where he died from his severe injuries.

Investigators say they got the call about the incident around 3 a.m. on Friday, March 8.

Jesus' sister Natalie is pleading for the driver and witnesses to come forward.

"There's somebody who called 911 that day…There were actually people there who saw this and they know more,” she told News 12.

Villanueva leaves behind a 1-year-old daughter.
