Families living at 160 and 162 Willow avenues say they haven't had heat for weeks.
They say they have reached out to their property management company, Willow Capital, numerous times, but the heat still has not come back on.
Tenants say the building did pass out space heaters, but they say it's not enough to keep them warm.
They say their rent is paid on time and they're still having to get creative to stay warm.
News 12 reached out to Wilson Capital and left messages. News 12 also reached out to Con Edison, which said that address is not one of their clients.
