Corazon Pineda-Isaac announced the endorsement this week.
Pineda-Isaac is one of four Democrats seeking the party's endorsement.
The others are Margaret Fountain-Coleman, Prince Robinson and current Mayor Mike Spano. who is seeking a fourth term.
