A construction worker plunged 12 stories to his death in Yonkers Wednesday.
Police say the man was doing masonry work on scaffolding when the incident occurred on McLean Avenue. Witnesses said they first heard bricks falling before the worker fell. The victim has yet to be identified.
Inspectors were on the scene to determine if any safety violations occurred. Police say they don?t believe any foul play was involved but that it appears to be a tragic accident.
