Yonkers City Council President Lakisha Collins Bellamy held her second annual Black History Month celebration Wednesday night.
The event held at the City Hall Ceremonial Courtroom was a chance to honor the legacy of four Black artists in the Yonkers community.
The artists honored included Vinnie Bagwell, Shanequa Benitez, Tom Ray and Ray Wilcox.
The event also included some African dancing.
