A 15-year-old from Yonkers was indicted Tuesday in connection to a fatal shooting that also injured four teenagers.
The teen, whose identity was not released due to his age, pleaded not guilty.
He is facing murder, attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment charges.
The teen allegedly fired about eight shots toward a group gathered near Elm Street and Palisade Avenue on Aug. 2.
Twenty-year-old Brandon Garcia was shot in the back and died at the hospital.
The teen is expected to be back in court in December.
