Wrong-way driver sentenced to 4-12 years for killing detective

A Yonkers man who drove the wrong way on the Sprain Brook Parkway and killed an NYPD detective from Hartsdale was sentenced Wednesday. Efron Moreano, 21, was sentenced to four to 12 years in prison
