Woodbury residents are facing an increase in how much they pay for water.
Village officials say rates are increasing because of system improvements over the past three years.
They say it will also help increase supply and to keep up with increasing state and federal water testing requirements.
These increases were put into effect in May but were delayed to give the village time to alert residents.
Officials hope the rate increases will also incentivize people to conserve water and not overuse.
