Troopers say a hiker discovered the remains of an “elderly” woman who was “lying face down near the east shore of the Hudson River south of Bard Rock.”
The body is described as:
- 5 feet 5 inches tall
- 112 pounds
- Gray hair
- Brown eyes
- No scars or tattoos
