The FDNY says a woman is in the hospital today after being hit by an MTA bus in the Woodlawn section of the Bronx.
They say they were notified of the collision just before 8 a.m.
According to the MTA, the woman came in contact with the back of an BxM11bus as it was making a left turn onto Webster Avenue.
Following the incident, they say she was conscious when first responders arrived. She was transported to SBH Health System.
News 12 is told an investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
