A young woman's lifeless body was found Friday morning in a ditch in Ulster County, and now three people from the Hudson Valley have been arrested.
A multi-agency investigation is underway after police say 28-year-old Alexis Scanlon was found along New Unionville Road in Plattekill. Officials say they believe Scanlon died in Newburgh at the home of Angel Delgado Jr., about 11 miles away.
Delgado and the other two suspects in the case, Kristen Green and Lauren Romano, reportedly live together at a home on 3rd Street in Newburgh.
The suspects are facing felony charges of concealment of a human corpse, as well as misdemeanor charges of conspiracy in the sixth degree.
An official cause of death for Scanlon has not yet been released.
