The lawyers for the woman at the center of the police dominatrix scandal say they plan to sue the Greenburgh Police Department.
Gina AnneNoel Pane was in court Thursday trying to get the drug charge against her dropped. Pane, a professional dominatrix, was arrested in January. She was charged with DWI and possession of marijuana. Pane claims she was sexually harassed at the police station after officers discovered her profession. She also alleges that she had a sexual encounter with Officer Erik Ward in exchange for the charges against her being dropped. Several officers are facing disciplinary charges over the allegations and Ward was charged with official misconduct.
Pane?s lawyers are trying to establish the names and ranks of all the officers who came in contact with their client that day so they can serve a notice of claim within the 90 day window.
