Police arrested a woman in connection to a slashing on a southbound 2 train on Sunday.
The NYPD charged 39-year-old Diana Perez with attempted murder and three counts of assault.
Law enforcement officials say that Perez approached a 33-year-old man on the 2 train as it approached the Bronx Park East train station. They say an argument took place before Perez slashed the victim in the neck with a sharp object.
