White Plains police: 19-year-old shot following apparent dispute

An apparent dispute between two people left a 19-year-old from New Rochelle with a gunshot wound to his arm, according to White Plains Police Commissioner David Chong.

An apparent dispute between two people left a 19-year-old from New Rochelle with a gunshot wound to his arm, according to White Plains Police Commissioner David Chong.
Chong says the victim's wound appears to be a flesh wound and was not considered to be life-threatening. The New Rochelle resident is being treated at White Plains Hospital.
The incident occurred near Martine and Mamaroneck avenues in White Plains.
Police have not made any arrests.
