A chef in White Plains offered free Thanksgiving Day dinners at her restaurant on Thursday.

Bonnie Saran, owner of The Little Drunken Chef, carried on her annual tradition of giving away free Thanksgiving meals.

The giveaway was at her newest restaurant location on Mamaroneck Avenue.

She says she started the tradition to give those who weren't able to be with their friends and loved ones during the holiday, and provide a fun way to meet new people.

Saran has been giving away meals on Thanksgiving Day for eight years.
