A Florida sheriff's deputy is being hailed as a hero after rescuing a baby from the flames of a burning building this past weekend.
It was all caught on camera by Deputy William Puzynski's bodycam which happened to capture the action after he took it off to climb.
The baby was stuck in a third floor apartment that caught fire.
With no time to wait on a ladder truck, the deputy scaled the outside of the apartment building to retrieve the baby.
Later, the ladder truck arrived and firemen were able to get the baby's mother and grandmother down safely.
Fortunately, there were no injuries to the residents or the first responders from the blaze.
