Ingredients

1 egg
1 tablespoon water
2 sheets of puff pastry (thawed)
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
6 slices of granny smith apple (sliced thin)
2 tablespoons onion jam
2 tablespoons pear and acacia honey jam
1 7-inch Alouette double crème brie

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Whisk egg and water together to make egg wash and set aside.
4. Lay out one sheet of puff pastry on a flat surface.
5. Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry.
6. Spread the onion jam and pear jam on top of the brie.
7. Shingle the apples on top of the jam.
8. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the apple.
9. Top with the second puff pastry, making sure to tuck it in making it a tight fit.
10. Cut the excess puff pastry away from the brie and crimp the two together making sure that you form a seal.
11. Transfer wrapped cheese, seam-side down, to baking sheet.
12. Brush the puff pastry with egg wash.
13. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
