One of the largest celebrations during Women's History Month in New York state drew a record crowd Friday - right in downtown White Plains.
State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins was one of several dozen speakers who took the stage at the Westchester Women's Summit, spearheaded by event planner, Rose Cappa-Rotunno and sponsored by News 12.
The event, which is in its fifth year, gathered record attendance, with nearly 500 people watching on as our own Tara Rosenblum interviewed ABC's "Nightline" anchor Juju Chang for the keynote.
Multiple workshops were also held throughout the day on everything from women's wellness to financial empowerment.
