Westchester officials announced that as of today, there are no known homeless veterans in Westchester County.
County Executive Rob Astorino made the announcement in White Plains.
In 2013, the county launched the Patriot Housing Initiative. The initiative pledged to house 75 homeless veterans in 100 days.
As of Thursday, the county says it's housed 329 homeless veterans.
Going forward, the county says its goal is to house any newly identified homeless vets within 90 days.
