People can 'Downward Dog' for free in Westchester Wednesday night.
The County Parks Foundation partnered with Tovami Yoga of Mamaroneck to host a "Sunset Yoga in the Parks" series.
Classes are Wednesdays at Playland Park, Croton Point Park and Flowers City Park in New Rochelle from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m.
People must bring their own mat or towel, social distance and wear a mask.
