Westchester County police sergeant receives community service award

Westchester County Police Sgt. Isai Moreira received the Westchester Hispanic Law Enforcement Association's 2023 Community Service Award.
Moreira is almost a 17-year veteran in the department and the supervisor of the Emergency Service Unit.
He also served in the Patrol Services Division and the Marine Unit.
