The Westchester County Human Rights Commission held a panel discussion to address instances of hate crimes, hate incidents and discrimination at the Westchester County Center on Tuesday.
The panelists explained the differences between a hate crime and a hate incident.
They also discussed the various types of discrimination that exist and offered up resources about what steps people can take if they believe they are a victim of discrimination.
