Weekend Workout: Lower body circuit - Sleigh push & pull
This week's workout comes from Jon at Synergy
. He goes over a circuit to work your lower body.
Start with a sleigh push that works your glutes, quads and hamstrings. Then do some lunges for hip stability and working your thighs. The third exercise is to pull the sleigh back using the attached rope to really work your core and upper body. Jon shows News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen the proper form for the sleigh push, as well as some modifications.
