Panic buying is leading to gas shortages as a pipeline shutdown impacts the fuel on the East Coast.
AAA says the average for a gallon of gas in Westchester is going up.
Right now, it's $3.17.
Regular gas at the BP on West Main Street in Elmsford is $2.99 - if you are paying cash.
According to Gas Buddy, it's even cheaper at the BP on Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale.
They're charging $2.87 a gallon.
The Sunoco and Citgo on US 9 West in Haverstraw has gas for $2.79. It's $2.77 a gallon at the Citgo on Route 52 in Fishkill. Young's on Main Street in Pine Bush is charging $2.55 if you're paying cash.
