Residents in Westchester and the Hudson Valley are cleaning up from the aftermath of Wednesday's storm.Hundreds are still reported to be without power due to the storm. In Westchester, Con Edison was still trying to restore power to about 5,500 customers Thursday morning. About 120 people were still without power in Orange and Rockland.One of the hardest hit areas was Harrison. The storm knocked traffic lights out along Westchester Avenue, causing significant delays as motorists attempted their morning commute.The effects of the storm also caused a retaining wall at Manhattanville College in Purchase to come crashing down. No one was injured in the incident and crews are expected to begin repair work on the wall Thursday.
