Police say a college student from Warwick will spend 16 years in federal prison for convincing minors to send nude photos.
They say 23-year-old Robert Garneau will also have to register as a sex offender.
He is accused of communicating online with three minors and convinced them to take nude photos of themselves.
Garneau then threatened them by saying they would be arrested if they refused.
After he gets out of prison, Garneau will have 15 years of supervised released.
