A Wappingers Falls man has been arrested in connection with the death of his 10-month-old child, police said.
Authorities said a five-year investigation concluded that Thomas Martinez was responsible for the infant’s fentanyl intoxication death in 2020.
Dutchess County prosecutors said Martinez was arraigned on charges including criminally negligent homicide.
He is due back in court Jan. 6.
