Police: Woman robbed by man riding bicycle

A 43-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Wappinger, police say.

The crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Route 9 and Old Hopewell Road.

State police are investigating and urge anyone with information to contact them at 845-677-7300.

The victim's name has not been released.
