Wallkill man faces new animal cruelty charge after kitten found dead

A man already accused of killing a dog and dumping it the trash faces another animal cruelty charge.
Town of Wallkill police say 24-year-old Damani Guerra was seen holding a kitten by its neck and legs near a dumpster. That kitten was later found dead in that dumpster.
Officials say it happened at the same complex where Guerra is accused of killing a dog last summer.
