Prosecutor: Suspect in deadly Vineland shooting remains at large

Prosecutors say Angel Aguero is considered armed and dangerous and authorities, including the U.S. Marshals Service, are searching for his whereabouts. Officials say the public should not approach him.

Police are looking for a Vineland man who is charged with first-degree murder in connection to a shooting in the city, according to Cumberland County prosecutors.
Officials say Angel Aguero, 31, is accused of fatally shooting 35-year-old Dashon Lee, of Vineland, on Saturday.
They say police responded to a 911 call at the Asselta Acres Apartments on Axtell Avenue at 12:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting.
According to prosecutors, Lee was found by police in the parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to Inspira Medical Center in Vineland where he died.
Aguero is considered armed and dangerous and authorities, including the U.S. Marshals Service, are searching for his whereabouts. Officials say the public should not approach him.
