Vijay Singh claimed his third career victory in the Barclays Classic when the pro golf tournament wrapped up in Harrison Sunday.

Singh went 3 under 68 for a two-stroke victory over Adam Scott. Barclays, which was played at the Westchester Country Club, is the final tourney before the U.S. Open.

That event starts Thursday in Mamaroneck. Fans are eagerly awaiting more golfing action. Many said they were happy the rain held out for the final round of the Barclays and they hope the skies will clear for the U.S. Open.
