Intense new body-camera video shows the moments that two state troopers responded to a car crash and massive fire at a historic barn in Dutchess County.
New video shows New York State Police Troopers Michael Winkelman & James Flynn-Kocourek rescuing a 17-year-old motorist who crashed into a barn in Wappingers back on Sept. 22.
State police say the video shows their troopers "likely prevented a tragedy," with the driver dragged from their vehicle as flames begin climbing up the structure.
The driver suffered injuries not considered life-threatening and is now facing a charge of driving while intoxicated.
