Police say a large fight broke out outside El Primo Restaurant on Mamaroneck Avenue on the night of Feb. 7. News12 obtained video that appears to show a person being carried out of the restaurant, followed by a large altercation that spilled onto the street.

The restaurant was temporarily shut down after the incident but has since reopened.

Police say the restaurant was issued a violation for failing to comply with the city's video surveillance ordinance.

No arrests have been made.

The City of White Plains is conducting a separate investigation to determine whether any building code violations occurred.
