Peekskill police are looking for the people responsible for breaking into a popular local deli early this morning.
Police say the suspects took thousands of dollars in cash, including money stolen directly from an ATM machine, located inside the Valley Brook Market.
Owner Tony Singh says the burglars were after cigarettes, phone cards, lottery tickets and cash.
He believes the suspects were familiar with the layout of the store.
Singh estimates that $25,000 in was stolen in cash and a DVR, which recorded surveillance video.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Peekskill Police Department.
