Power has been restored in Hillcrest after a utility pole fell onto a vehicle, causing it to burst into flames.
Police say high winds set off of a chain of events that included a tree blowing over and knocking down a utility pole with live wires on Union Road around 6:40 p.m. on Monday.
One person was inside the vehicle, but managed to escape. That driver was taken to the hospital for neck and back injuries.
